Blue World A strong and consistent collection of quality short stories that is brought to a close by the excellent novel length title story. From killer wasps to the ghosts of Vietnam, this collection brings together a varied selection of stories that really show McCammon's strength. Highly recommended. [out of print]
Fabulous Harbours A sequel to Blood but strictly a short story collection held together by linking passages. Most of the stories are modern but a rare story from the 60's "The Girl Who Killed Sylvia Blade" also makes an appearance. All the stories are great, and there's even a strange Jerry Cornelius story called "The Enigma Windows", an excellent sherlock holmes pastiche "The Affair of the Seven Virgins", and a great new Elric tale, "The Black Blade's Summoning". [in print - UK / US]
Tales from the Texas Woods A collection of both fiction and non-fiction, this is recommended main because of the excellent novella "The Ghost Warriors", a Western Tale with elements of Sword & Sorcery as well as Detective Fiction, about a kidnapping by a mysterious Apache chief. Also collected is "Sir Milk and Blood", a contemporary revenge tale, and a Sherlock Holmes story. [in print - UK / US]
